Attacking the technical level doesn't really matter unless you're attacking the memetic level. Rather, it just gets reintegrated back into the system, which is also the point of the Matrix sequels.

@blogdiva Yes! Just defacing the website and releasing docs / logs gets hopes up, but actually crashing their flight planning software instead of just sending messages would have caused more of a direct effect and actually grounded or at least delayed flights.
