Future is uncertain

Today my landlady gave me a letter that the house where me and 3 other people have rented an appartment, will be sold and soon tared down because it is too old to investigate

This is a big change and i am thinking about moving to France were it is much cheaper to rent a place to live
In the region I live now it is so expensive one mostly works for the landlords
