Here’s how you make it.
1.) Slasher: cut the can in half and slits down the middle.
2.) Folder the flaps and make it safe.
3.) Jabber: two holes on one side.
4.) Saw an old wooden toothbrush down and tie it in there.
Not perfect and will iterate.
