It's not that #SyntheticVoices are all female that really makes me think they are so much more likely to be a medium of #technosexism, it's that they all sound aboutt two steps away from becoming Stepford wives. Why can't I have someone more...bluesy? I'm trying out siri's voice 5 and the vibe I'm getting is more alto, but "subtle characteristics of Afrircan American vernacular English"? I'm not hearing it.
