Merci pour ces explications
@Tutanota Detection, display and blocking of pixel tracker (web beacon) in Tuta app and email client in browser by default will be helpful. These mass surveillance tools in the name of read receipts or open counts are very common in corporate emails here in the US.

@nkar Hi, we already have that ;)
@Tutanota No, you do not.
@nkar Tuta protects you from email tracking pixels by blocking the automatic download of external images. This feature prevents third parties from tracking when and where you open emails. Tuta does not download external images by default, which includes preventing the loading of spy pixels or tracker pixels commonly used in marketing emails
@Tutanota That is not an active protection. That 'feature' is available in any email service, as far as one reads emails in text format and chooses not to autoload pictures. In addition Tuta does not actively detect and show tracking pixels. I suggest that Tuta looks up how all these are implemented in FairEmail for example.
