Happy National Prime Rib Day to all carnivorous Canadians. Our country's beef industry employs approximately 347,000 workers (they're not all cowboys), manage 11 million cattle, and contributes close to $29B to Canada’s GDP. We produce far more beef than we consume with the majority of exports going to the evil empire to the south. Tariffs are forcing industry associations to diversify their markets.
