@chu indeed! Though I was first introduced to it through the film Dead Poets Society.
Someone pointed out to me that the only reason Thoreau could survive in the woods was because his mom and sister brought him food and kept the place clean so he could philosophize and do nothing else.
Totally changed how I viewed him
@chu He was certainly no John Muir 😀
But the quote itself is really resonating with me right now.
