My kids' scout group do a London transport trip where the scouts have to get across London using as many modes of public transport as possible. There's also monopoly run which is for all groups in the country to visit the monopoly locations before everyone else (logged in a phone app). Both need leaders with the team, but the kids have to make the decisions. Good training!
