Charlotte WalkerI’ve been looking at restaurants in the little town the conference is to be held in. I don’t want the hotel’s “fine dining” every night, you can have too much cream and jus. I think I’d be happier at the Greek or Indian restaurants up the road. If I have to go on my own that’s probably better than being with a boozy group

I made one of my best friends at a Motivational Interviewing conference in Sitges.She is Polish and was like me saving money by not staying in the conference hotel. Each evening we sat and talked over dinner in small beachfront restaurants. Ten years ago and it led to me supporting her in developing the Polish Society of Motivational Interviewing. A real honour for me
