今日は所用があり週末の真昼間の渋谷センター街に出かけた。その帰り…

あれ？　雑踏に響くこの特徴的な声は！？　と思って目をやると、そこになんとInstagram等でお馴染みの、あの「STOP GAZA GENOCIDE」のプラカードを掲げて一人外旋を続けている俳優の古澤裕介氏の姿が。

キリのいいところまで待って、思い切って「古澤さんのSNSの投稿を見て、自分も何かしなければと思って毎日GAZAの絵を描いていました」と話しかけ、挨拶させていただいた。

そのとき一緒に撮ってもらった写真をUPしたところ、そこからこちらのInstagramをチェックしてくれて、さらに嬉しいコメントとメッセージの返信も…！

あのスケッチを毎日描きつづけるのは精神的に消耗する作業で、今年１月の「停戦合意」を機になんとなく自分のなかで区切りをつけたことにしていた…　けど、結局あの停戦合意もうやむやになってしまった今また（毎日と言わずとも）再開すべきだなと、今日の出会いとやりとりを経てそう思ったのだった。自分にできることしよう。

yesterday, when i was walking on the street in Shibuya, i heard a familiar voice so i looked around. there was @furusawayusuke_ protesting alone in the crowd, holding a sign that says “STOP GAZA GENOCIDE”. it was my first time actually came across with him. i’ve been watching him protesting against the massacre since more than a year ago — on social media like this instagram.

i decided to start drawing this again, as i heard his voice, as i saw people on the street just ignoring the voice. i thank him and respect him.

ニューヨークの、いつもとはまた別のアーティストグループから、4月末〜の企画展でこのパレスチナの絵を使いたいと連絡があった。売上が生じた場合は、すべて国境なき医師団への寄付になる。乗った。オリジナルは自分の個展で飾るから、データ一式を送って好きに使ってもらう。あるいはモノタイプの版画作品にして、それをオリジナルプリントとして展示するなりしてもらう。

昨日はこのパレスチナの絵（最初の１枚から2025/1/15の一時停戦の前後まで103枚）のZineについて編集者／デザイナー／＋αの助っ人と打ち合わせ。タイトルは日本語で「虐殺を止めろ」とすることにした。そして内容が伝わるようなサブタイトルをつける。

Punkのインディーレーベルをやっている旧友がOnline通販を受け持ってくれることになった。

クレジットに協賛者の名前とロゴが加わる。心強い。

５月17日（土）開幕の個展までに間に合うか！？　ギャラリーではこのシリーズのドローイングを展示させてもらうけど、そこでZineを販売するわけではないからタイミングが揃わなくても良いのだが。でもなるべく。

序文を日本語／英語で書いて、英語テキストは米の盟友のチェックに回した。日本語は編集者のチェックに回した。
