@ThatNewSound @corin_ja go on..... we ate this earlier, which was lamb shoulder cooked with rosemary from the garden, garlic, and crushed red chili for 4 hours at a low temp

@soundclamp @ThatNewSound @corin_ja firstly, that's onion (the garlic was crushed and squeezed into cuts in the shoulder) and secondly round here we measure garlic by the bulb
