@uoou I’m sorry for your loss. We’re still processing and it’s been distracting to go through so many carefully detailed albums dating back to the 70s and yet so frustrating.
@alliepotts And for yours too, it's just devastating to lose someone that central to your life.
And yeah, mums tended to be the record-keepers - the creators of family rather than its subjects. It's definitely frustrating when it comes to the lack of photos but it's also really interesting - I'd not really though of it like that til you mentioned it.
