Uh… It's Twatter. Its entire purpose is amplify some voices, silence others.

It does not need a 'network of accounts to do this. But it allows/supports/encourages those networks which work toward its goals.

There is nothing useful to be found on Twatter, because even if you think you found something **you cannot believe it because the whole site is corrupted.**
