Does anyone recognise this core memory panel? I might be able to get a clearer photo of it soon.

Might be made by ampex.

Better photos.
Board is made by Ampex
Possibly part number 3238862 01H
If my scanner wasn't broken I'd have got a high res scan of the board.
@dtl are those DEC part numbers on the ICs?
@trcwm not sure if that's DEC the company or just a part no.
@dtl looks like those are bus terminators/protection devices: http://bitsavers.informatik.uni-stuttgart.de/pdf/dec/modules/gSeries/G7004.pdf
@trcwm I'll have to see if I can trace some connections. Thanks for the pointers.
@dtl @trcwm those DEC-2501 terminators are also used on a PDP-8 core board: https://homepage.cs.uiowa.edu/~jones/core/mm8e/
An DEC MM8E core memory module

@dtl this looks very similar (connector on one side only, ampex, and two connector fingers bridged): https://www.amazon.com/Ampex-3256749-01-Memory-Board-325674901/dp/B081TDXQZZ
