Representative Maxine Waters, 86, found herself in Musk's crosshairs after a video of her making threats about Melania over the weekend went viral.
'At some point, the many crimes of Maxine Waters will catch up to her,' Musk said on X, resharing on a post about Waters late Tuesday. Despite Musk's claims, public records have shown Waters has no criminal record."
