Are there any legal experts that could weigh in on this?

I suspect none of those Non-AI licenses mean much until the courts weigh in ...which could be an awfully long time.

Additionally, I've seen some comments suggesting putting any restrictions within a license makes the licensed work non-FOSS.

Some folks will have an issue with that, arguing that if your code is intended to be FOSS, a Non-AI License is the wrong "fit".

Others will argue a Non-AI License limits the use of your code, which is counter-intuitive in the FOSS world.

I don't know if my personal thoughts on all of this are fully baked.

I like the idea of FOSS and sharing my work with others.

But don't like the idea of my work being regurgitated by an LLM (whether it's intact or modified) whose owner carries all the baggage that comes with the Broligarchy and Capitalism.
