@georgetakei It's even worse than it's been reported, if you can imagine that. According to the screen shot provided by Jeffrey Goldberg, he had the ability to add new members to the group. Anyone he added could have added others to the group.

Mike Waltz failed to take the basic security precaution of locking the group down so only the admin could add new members.
