What are your picks for restful bedtime reading?
I tend to go for classics like Anne of Green Gables, Heidi, or something by Jane Austen, but recommendations are always welcome.

@DMakarios Last year, I read through all of Wendell Berry's Port William fiction. It's a handful of novels and dozens of short stories, all focusing on people who lived in a rural area of Kentucky. The stories span roughly 1860 - 1990, so generations of the same families and friends. I started with Nathan Coulter (the novel), but I think you could probably start anywhere. I don't know if others would appreciate it as much as I did—I can only speak for myself. #bookstodon
