No subbed airings alongside the dubs for #Lazarus, huh? This will be the first #Toonami Original anime since #HousingComplexC to not have the sub airing at the same time as the dub.

To be honest, and this will likely be controversial, but I was never really a fan of the idea of subbed anime on Toonami in the first place.

It was cool as a novelty for the April Fools joke that one year, but that's about it. I've always associated subbed anime with streaming.

@deliberately_me Both are reruns of very old shows. One of which has aired multiple times in the Adult Swim era of the block, and the other one is rerunning a season that just finished its first uncut TV run back in November. When those are the only time slots you have, it makes sense that the older stuff is pushed to the back. I would've just switched Naruto and Sailor Moon's slots, since uncut SM has been rerun less than Naruto, but that's just me.
