@AyaSaidGoodbya I think the worst remains a generalist who, in response to me telling her I had fatigue and a bunch of symptoms so bad i had had to quit work and go back to my parent’s house a country away because i could not care for myself independently anymore; specifically after I described hypersomnia, she said “you need to try set an alarm, and wake up early.” that and anti-depressants was all she offered. couple months later my ME/CFS worsened and I became bed bound
