Literally just trying to make people happy.

I'm so close to the fucking edge this year.
I got a 1 kg bag of tapioca pearls for boba tea to make cheaper at home so I can still have a treat. Saw the price tag and was like "hmmm. *Do* I want / deserve an easy sweet treat I can add nutrient powder to as needed and sip for hydration?"
I got it in the end, but everyone deserves nice things. Yes, even the people you hate. Even the asshole down the street. Maybe if they got nice things and felt nicer, they might be kinder to people around them, idfk.

Yes? Capitalism is wealth extraction from underpaid people to enriched people. This can only spiral worse and worse over time.
once more but without comment:
Elon Musk called puberty blockers a form of sterilisation [sic] and said they killed his [daughter].
Motherfucking clod-sucking piece of goddamn shit.
YOUR CHILD IS A PERSON WHETHER THEY ARE FERTILE OR NOT.
Not that puberty blockers sterilise you *anyway*, but even if they did, would you rather have a 'barren' kid or a dead one?
I think any decent parent would answer e.g.
"I want my child's decision to be respected as far as possible, and to support them towards the closest option until then."

Vivian deserves better, wtf. I hope she gets to live her own life, unharassed by this bullshit as far as possible. Elon Musk sounds exactly like my mom, except a cis dude.
Everyone needs therapy. Just get therapy if you're that fucking rich. No one will think less of you for wanting happiness and contentment. In fact, EVERYONE (who isn't trying to be cruel for Kewl Points) will respect you for acknowledging that change is needed.
I forgot to add the youtube link, but this is fine cuz I had more to add anyway.
Idk if I could ever be the kind of therapist to ... not "help" as in 'saviour' or "support" as in 'to let slide', but...
I want training to facilitate a non-judgemental environment, conducive to change for people who want it.
In all honesty, being an enriched person therapist probably requires trauma specialisation, relative seniority and experience, and far more Idk rn. But still.
If I can therapise a handful of people, then that's a handful of people off someone else's caseload that another practitioner can allocate to other people.
ah HAH! It IS a phrase!
hm. That does seem like rather a lot. But it has a visual aide, at least. And some of these will be pain relief, which will be its own reminder in part.

ok so I need to stare at the sun in a hot tub the day before, of, and the whole week after surgery, only take the eye drops when I feel like it, poke at my eyes like they're cold clay, and rub my face on as many cats and objects as possible. Got it!

fucking hell, you monsters. "Pain" is not the same concept as "discomfort".
I know that allistics, neuro-rigid neurotypicals, and anyone else accustomed to ONLY the status quo needs to be babied to accept literal realities. The rest of us need ACTUAL INFORMATION about what you think you are trying to fucking say.
Do you mean "noticeable but not unpleasant"?
Or do you actually mean "unpleasant but tolerable"?
Or even "severely unpleasant and barely tolerable at all, but you don't want to make a fuss about how you can't think and can barely breathe"?
Because these are not the same gd thing, as any human with (this or translated) language comprehension can fucking tell you.
PRK recovery time can depend on a few different things. Let’s take a look at what things affect PRK recovery time. What Is PRK? Photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) is a type of refractive eye surgery used to correct vision problems like myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism. PRK surgery involves the use of an excimer laser to reshape...
I recall a dude's youtube video where he described his PRK experience left him with a permanent need for near-constant eye drops. Like his eyeball's epithelium practically glues itself to his eyelids every night kind of thing.
And another friend cautioned me against LASIK due to their friend saying their gave them constant, severe, unrelenting eye pain.
I don't want LASIK anyway because it seems like a really obvious bodge-job: "good enough for now; get back to work." Permanent risk of flap complications and your results are fine but capped below PRK or LASEK's.
