@Waxingtonknee I'd only be interested in it as a 'priest's' wafer, to break and share. Better still are the 8" ones that break into 24 pieces.

@vicarvernon I was presented with one of those last Sunday. Probably only the third time I've had to use a concelebration wafer in 20 years of ordained ministry.

@Waxingtonknee given bread should be broken I hate being presented with 'individual' wafers that are unbroken. Far better to have something shared, that's not a 'perfect' circle.

@vicarvernon I agree theologically.... I tried to have this debate with a Bishop during COVID. While I agreed with their position on individual cups for wine, I argued that it was a moot point when we rarely use one bread.

For the record I prefer to celebrate with actual one bread....

@Waxingtonknee so do I. At one time I'd regularly bake bread rolls on a Saturday and use a couple for the following day's Eucharists. Sadly, that's less frequent now. If presented with 'individual' wafers as President, I break them on an edge before administration, otherwise I only use them willingly for extended Communions at homes, they're the only ones that fit in the pyx.
