— Zelenskyy and his government needs to be removed
— The international community must recognize that 5 Ukrainian Oblasts are now Russian: Crimea, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Luhansk — areas which Russia does not even control.

Trump already calls this response “promising”.

This is the new US administration: When someone bombs, rapes, tortures, kills, plunders, and abducts 19,000 children, the solution is to run away scared and give them all they want.

@randahl Give #Putin all he wants, and he will be back for more in a couple of years. You don't gain lasting peace by appeasing him. He is like a screaming todler in a sweet shop. Give him the sweets and next time he will scream even louder. There is just one solution. Teach him that screaming has no effect. i.e. Make sure that #Ukraine can push him out of the country.

It is not that Trump is a coward, he doesn't have the imagination to visualize defeat. It is that he admires bullies. Being outrageous and willing to do horrible things. That is why everyone who ran against him and tried to be reasonable, Republicans included, failed. He won't lie down because you beat him mercilessly and spit in his face, but he will admire you for it.

And now he only respects and admires everything Putin has done.
