Spoilers fer this week's Aquaman an' Green Lantern Corps ahead.

I ain't making memes from no Jeremy Adams books, because frankly that sexist POS don't deserve it. But I am still keepin' an' eye on 'em. Partly from an autistic need fer completionism, an' partly cuz I keep hopin' someone will give him a talkin' too an' set him straight.

Well, it sure as heck ain't happened this week. This week Adams:
1/6

1.) Turned Lori Lemaris evil an' stripperific, an' after Mark Waid had such a wonderful revisit a' the character in World's Finest too.

2.) Put Bleez in a leather dominatrix outfit.

3.) Revealed that he's killed off most of the Thanagaran race.

4.) Revealed that Aya (From Green Lantern Animated an' simultaneously in Geoff Johns' far superior run on Green Lantern) has been fridged.
2/6

5.) Had Kilowog save only Razer, leaving three helpless Red Lanterns and the Sorrow Lantern to die as a cave collapsed. This weren't no "you can only save one" situation, he chose ta' only save Razer.

6.) Made sure Arion an' Aquaman had most a' the lines, with Arion explaining what the woman magical blacksmith wuz doin'.

7.) Continues to damsel Mera an' have Aquaman do the standard "I'd become evil to rescue her" schtick.
3/6

8.) Had John Stewart fall back on chauvinistic tropes around Hawkwoman. Freakin' HAWKWOMAN, one a' the most capable warriors in the DC universe.

9.) Has Lori Lemaris stand on her tail on dry ground, which not only isn't practical but was the whole reason she was in a wheelchair in her silver age appearances.
4/6

Marie Levin, I don't know too much about ya' personally, but I know that under yer tenure 99% a' DC comics have managed ta' respect the past while simultaneously not bein' bound ta' it, ta' celebrate comics an' its characters by showin' all a' 'em in a positive light, ta' avoid the gratuitous shock value murders/destruction a' Didio's tenure, an' ta' write some a' the most amazin' women, BIPOC, an' queer heroes in comics today.
5/6
The sole exception ta' all a' this is Jeremy "I think trapping a woman in a plane and sexually harassing her is romantic" Adams. #FireJeremyAdams.
