It took almost 2 years to get this paper accepted, partially because I got the Worst Referee Ever and partially because this particular topic (which used to be my total favourite) has been my lowest priority while satellite pollution has been uh... skyrocketing.

Will write a little paper summary thread once it's up on the arxiv, probably later in the week.
