This week, my employer (Lullabot), laid off 16 of the most brilliant, talented and amazing human beings I have ever met (though I was not one of them, and you better believe the survivors guilt is rough).

If you or your company are looking for a #frontend, #backend, or general #webdev developer within the #drupal community (or outside of it), please message/reply so I can make a connection!

@hotsauce oh my. Every single Lullabot I’ve met has been exceptionally awesome. With Four Kitchens laying off recently as well, I’m worried for a lot of people. It’s going to be a tough, competitive job market.
@jrearick I agree, especially in the Drupal-sphere. But I know a lot of the folks that were let go have plenty of skills outside of Drupal so they will likely be fine, even if it takes a bit of time
@hotsauce holy crapola. That's awful news! Was it just a general downturn in workload?
@hotsauce Im definitely interested in FE or lead dev profiles if you have any suggestions :)
@pierrepaul
Thanks for reaching out! So you are looking to hire some folks then? I can send along any job postings if you have them and then make the connections if they might be interested if that works for you!
@hotsauce yes! For privacy reasons, they might want to contact me (instead of me contacting them), feel free to send them my linked in profile : https://www.linkedin.com/in/pierrepaull/
@pierrepaul
Thank you! I see you are with Evolving Web (I've worked with Maya as an organizer of Florida DrupalCamp, tell her I said hello!). I know some folks have seen the postings you folks have, but I will point them to your profile as having a direct contact always helps. Thank you!
@hotsauce thanks! I don't think we have all the openings listed currently. Lullabot people are top notch talent though, so I want to make sure we meet them :)
