“This guy is a leech on the public. No matter how many billions he gets in tax cuts and government contracts, it will never be enough for him,” the representative wrote on X Saturday.

“Now he’s going after the elderly, the disabled, and orphaned children so he can pocket it in tax cuts for himself,” Ocasio-Cortez continued. “It’s disgusting.”

Rule of the rich.

Plutocracies always collapse because the interested parties get too greedy. This is where we are headed under Trump.

Or.... the rich get together to curtail their greed before collapse. This is unlikely to happen under Trump.

That role requires intimate knowledge of House rule and the ability to corral the entire caucus to hold the line on critical votes.
Those are not AOC's strong points.

@newsopinionsandviews "leech" is a great description of #Musk. He is perhaps today's best example of the illusion that advances in technology always represent progress. #PayPal, #Tesla, #SpaceX have not improved humanity's common welfare.

But, Musk and many others believe the purpose of human existence is to achieve glorious technological triumphs, that poverty and death in the countryside is no matter if the cathedral towers are high enough.

@newsopinionsandviews Well he is definitionally a parasite on the USA's ass. Look if you read this dictionary right here published by Fulman University Press, it says "And the most obvious example of such an ass sucking parasite is the one that was sucking on the ass of the USA in the 2010's and early 2020's named Elon Musk." How can anyone argue with that? It's not some random internet thing, this is a real book, a dictionary type book, or is it an encyclopedia type book, Hmmmn it says it is a year book for 2024 but not like the kind at schools. Okay maybe I may not be sure what type of book it is but it has a place were words are in order and if you look up Elon Musk, (which is listed twice, once under Stenches, and once under parasites) it references that page with that big quote.

The point is, if he is definitionally or literally an ass-sucking parasite, then it is fine for AOC to metaphorically call him a leech. Right?

I'm not wrong here am I, that's like basic logical stuff?
