And #Vermont governor #PhilScott's #education bill is now out. Without dealing with health insurance costs, this remains fantasyland as far as supporting #schools. And I still hate that funding is tied to property taxes.

Also, the minimum class size part is ominous. Our town school doesn't have enough kids to make those minimums. Consolidation is obviously in the mix, which I'm totally fine with.
