Great Ideas Showcase & Snapshot Sessions

Please fill out this form to submit your ideas for the Great Ideas Showcase (posters) or the Snapshots Session (5-minute presentations) for the NASIG 2025 Annual Conference taking place virtually May 19–21, 2025. The Snapshot Sessions will be held on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 from 3:15 to 4:00pm, EST. Presenters must be available virtually to present their snapshots during that time. The Great Ideas Showcase posters will be hosted on a virtual platform and will be accessible for the duration of the conference. More information about poster size, format etc. will be provided after acceptance. To allow attendees to interact with poster presenters, a live Q&A session is scheduled on Tuesday May 20th, 2025 from 3:45pm - 4:30pm. Presenters are strongly encouraged to be available virtually to attend this session.
