They could be PKL, ( if you can't figure the acronym - but you gotta really try first - drop by and ask ), tukang parkir or work on one those glass tower, overlooking the city and spend their day car-gazing on the company's dime...

@Serpico we tend not to name them with specific names but maybe there'll be a title tht gets picked up in popular use - the only one that ever did get a name of sorts is Bujang Senang, which was a killer/man-eating croc in Sarawak.
