- Somehow skipped the hardest part of getting into keto? No real flu symptoms, just was kinda lethargic for a few days and then I was good. Confirmed I am creating ketones.
- Salt bad, been finding more ways to lower sodium to moderate success
- Cauliflower fried rice good, secret is to get the cauliflower rice bone dry and odorless first. That and accept it won't be true rice, which tbh I don't mind.
- I can't get over 2000 calories? I should need about 2400 to have a steady decrease given my size but I've just never been that hungry. I float between 1400-1800 and no problems so far.
- Need to consider other protein options if I begin to seriously exercise thanks to my below average protein intake. Looking into powders but only if I'll need it for recovery.
