If the Lady vanishes,
It is that we
Do not see;
Her robe spread
Over the world,
Woven of fragrant hue;
Seas pregnant
With Her power;
A billion stars
Her crown;
And from deep within,
What else our yearning
For love,
Except the echo
Of Her voice?
