@Twocrows nice! Thanks for sharing. I have grown sorghum's sister, corn unprotected with good results. Technically corn is an herb too, the silks are good medicine. I'll be growing perennial sorghum for the first time this season, if it works well in my trials I'll keep your advice in mind and try growing some unprotected!
