All the good will built up between the USA and its allies is being thrown away for the misplaced idea there's a short term gain to be made.
We could be solving the issues the citizens of the US are facing together as friends, but alas that's not the path they've chosen.

Anyway - yes, I imagine since Radiation Leak got in to govt last time, and tried to sell all the secrets, that nobody has been sharing accurate information with the US.
Biden's govt most likely had to claw and beg to get any useful intel out of foreign states.
And the CIA will have dug in deep to protect itself after the Uranium Turd's last fiasco - witness the shithole trying to bribe them recently.
