I'm confused by my #HomeAssistant #Nabu #Casa #HA Connect #ZBT-1
I have a soil sensor attached (I want to monitor composting temperature). It seems to give one reading and then disconnect. To get another reading I have to reload the zbt-1 (but I can't see how to automate that eg every 10mins).

How do I get the soil sensor to keep giving readings every 10minutes?

@Dave42W which model of sensor? A lot of battery powered sensors don't report very frequently or only report when polled.

@drawks it's a "Hztyyier Soil Sensor Wireless 304 Monitoring Probe Zigbee"
I haven't yet got it's app to connect with it (home assistant on a Pi5 connected immediately). Not sure which ZigBee gateway option I'm supposed to pick in it's Smart Life app). Wondering if there is something to configure there.
