Yay, banking apps, in this case #comdirekt: did a cash transfer in the app, click to authorize the transfer, added TAN thingy, received a "connection problem" in the app, and was back at the "authorize transfer" dialog. Did it again, went through. And then saw two transfers...

I guess someone didn't implement a proper transaction there...
