This is going to be a long shot, mostly because I suspect most people here (or at least see this) are more on the technical side of things...

I'm looking for tips and resources to help people who don't live and breathe this type of stuff to help them #decloud and move off services that are becoming less friendly and more of a potential threat. Talking NASes, Nextcloud/Owncloud, etc might be a bit of a stretch, as "I only understood Dropbox" was a response I got in a chat.

Gotta help em all...
