Fair enough. I used to think the lengths of his episodes were insane.

Now I appreciate that he takes the time to be thorough and, his "shorts" clips notwithstanding, doesn't pander to short attention spans or the dumbing down of science.

I feel like reactions like yours are more of a reflection of your own experience in academia than anything to do with #Huberman himself.
