I know it’s not the same thing, but @Fedicate’s idea of positive “endorsements” has stirred memories of Friendster testimonials

I did not “get” Friendster, but I used the hell of out it

Ha ha, social network, what a joke

But looking back, those Friendster testimonials I got were some of the most sincere, genuine, loving tributes I’ve ever received

Where does that happen now?

@peterbutler Thank you, this is a great thing to hear. We will be looking into making sure if we keep with our current model of Endorsements that they are safe for all but for the moment I will be taking a short break from Fedicate through this weekend due to personal struggles
@peterbutler @Fedicate i would say LinkedIn. Naturally you have to consider the inherent bias, but overall giving a recommendation can help same rarely hurts. It's one of the most important but underutilized aspects of the site.
