Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan to perform together in The Woodlands in July

Nelson, 91, is a Texas native who has long been a member of the outlaw county scene since starting his career in the 1950s. Dylan, 83, first gained popularity as a folk-rock singer in the 1960s but recently saw a resurgence in popularity thanks to the biopic “A Complete Unknown.”
