This is the quantitative theory of money perpetuated by mainstream economics. It is utter nonsense.. By slashing government spending Elon Musk is slashing away the money supply he’s literally burning US dollars in this process.

The consequence of his disruption will certainly tame inflation in the black hole of a depression.

@randahl I don't understand why they need tax cuts. 52% of my income goes to taxes and I essentially have nothing that I own. I know that is the whole point of the United States but it's also really hard if you start thinking about it.
