The Real Estate Agents' Authority mandated a 90min module focused on Māori culture, language & the Treaty of Waitangi for all real estate staff.

Former Harcourts salesperson Janet Dickson argued that it breached her right to freedom of expression. Her right to be a racist was ignored & she labelled the course “woke madness” on FB.

Naturally Hobson's Pledge supported her legal action. She's just lost in the High Court and is banned for 5 years.
