@flwwhtrbt I'm not the best person to ask, but I've spent a lot of hours on this one (though not for years). It's an early experiment since I have a lot of retro games on disc.

This one's a bit tricky for me to play, because you pretty much have to use either the analog stick or touchpad for mouse control. The game controls aren't suited to gamepad controls (it's a keyboard-and-mouse PC game), but I'm managing.

I took an existing "community" control map and modified it. You have to map Steam Deck buttons to keyboard keys. I also find it convenient to zip up my character play files periodically to keep as a sort of kludge game save, because the original game doesn't create save points you can roll back to.
