Finally got Freeswitch to compile. Now to try and get a usable package made.

I wish there was some easy tutorial that clearly explained how the Debian package format worked. I'm trying to pick up the details from automation scripts and smaller tutorials.

@bryanredeagle I regularly build Free switch from source, but I have never tried to build a Debian package. Would you let me know how you get on. Adrian.

@jima Honestly, not my preference either. I'm an OpenSUSE guy.

It's for a hobby project to make a small, simple PBX GUI. I figured more people would be willing to use it if I build it for Ubuntu initially.
