The photo was later used in the poster for Strawberry Switchblade supporting the Pastels at Night Moves, Glasgow on 24 September 1982.

The gig was a pivotal moment as they had just reverted to being a duo and were preparing to record their first two BBC radio sessions a week later.

The gig was favourably reviewed in Sounds, only the fourth time the band had been in the music press.
