Szymon BęczkowskiI had a GaN based power converter board with broken transistors. This is a six layer board with lots of power planes. Desoldering the GaN chips is very hard so I decided to try milling the thing off.

It worked perfectly. I milled almost down to the pads leaving a bit of the package. After the milling step a small cleanup is necessary.
