Thinking about ice cream I’ve never seen, but want. #IceCreamDreams
Chunks of dried pear in a vanilla bean base. Ribbons of bitter espresso and bits of soft maple sugar candy throughout.
I’d call it “Bosc me Around” or maybe “D’Anjou Want Me Baby?”

One more for #IceCreamDreams
Vanilla base infused with Earl Grey tea. Lavender shortbread cookie pieces, some lemon zest, and a few dark chocolate flecks throughout.
I’d call it “High and mighTea” or maybe “London Fog, part 2”
Continuing #IceCreamDreams
Chocolate base. Pieces of candied orange peel and big pieces of walnuts.
I’d call it “Fruit ‘n’ Nuts” or “Orange is the New Chocolate”.
Ok next one for #icecreamdreams. Strawberry base built on vanilla and Willamette Valley strawberries. Big chunks of Rainier cherries, possibly macerated with Grand Marnier. Also huckleberries if in season.
I’d call it “Berry Me Right Here”
Tonight’s #icecreamdreams. It’s tough to beat Grape Nuts cereal blended in vanilla ice cream. There’s a place in central PA in the US that has it. It’s probably not unique, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t delicious.
I’d be curious to see how including some dried banana chips in there might change things. I’d call it “Part of a nutritious breakfast”
