Okay. Okay.

Jennie did not need to go so hard on her new track, Zen.

But I'm glad she did. https://song.link/y/cXmYNmQ4BuM

It's good.

@mdmrn I thought it was just alright... Slightly better than LISA's stuff, but that's not saying much

@gnitro

Hard disagree. The more I've listened to it, the more I've liked it. But, it happens. What do I know, I still like Everglow's "Pirate"

@mdmrn @gnitro Jennie and Lisa seem to be the ones from Blackpink that are killing it solo.
@beardedtechguy @mdmrn Personally I think Rosé has been better than both of them with her solo stuff.

@gnitro @beardedtechguy So far, for me it goes in order - Rosé, Jennie, Lisa.

I'd say Jisoo last, but she really hasn't done much solo and what she has done has been forgettable.

All that said, I really loved Zen and am hyped to hear the rest of this album.

@mdmrn @gnitro @beardedtechguy same exact ordering over here. sucks because I see all the fans loving lisa's solo stuff, but I can't really get into it

@dean @gnitro @beardedtechguy I like some of her solo stuff, but her more recent stuff...not really my thing.

And I mean, my favorite of her more recent solo stuff was basically a cover of Kiss Me by Sixpence None The Richer

@mdmrn @dean @beardedtechguy LISA's solo stuff under YG was fire. This post-YG solo stuff has been eeeeeeeeeeeeeeh

@gnitro @dean @beardedtechguy Agreed.

Her best post-YG solo track IMO is Moonlit Floors. Which is basically a cover of "Kiss Me." Which is still only mediocre IMO.
