- State Officials may not use state funds or resources for political campaigns, including those against ballot measures or other changes to law.

- The Right to Amend the Constitution of Florida through Ballot Measures shall not be abridged.

- Donations to State Level Political Campaigns shall be limited to Florida Residents, and capped at no more than the payment of 2000 hours at the state minimum wage.

- Any person convicted of Child Sex Trafficking shall be barred from running for or holding any public office in Florida.

We are basically going to need this now, seeing as the governor is aggressively going after our ability to vote things in...

DeSantis' proposals for Florida’s ballot initiative process could effectively end it

The governor’s proposals include eliminating signature gathering as it exists now.

Tampa Bay Times

This is on top of the other big ones that everyone needs to get on the ballot in every state...

- Florida Election Ballots must allow voters to rank choices for no less than 4 candidates, to be counted in a Ranked Choice voting system.

- The Government of Florida may not restrict the right of consenting adults of sound mind to marry, regardless or race or sex.

- The Government of Florida may not restrict access to Abortion before the third trimester, and any restrictions must include exceptions in cases of medical complications.

- The Government of Florida may not restrict the possession of Marijuana by adults over 21 except in cases of public safety.

And that donation cap could also be something like "the average annual income" or "the median annual income", the basic point is just that one person should not be able to donate more than the average person could make in an entire year.
