If true why there isn’t any reporting and images or videos? Why if this is #Trump prime and principal promise and the most circus act the voters wanted there isn’t any visual proof?
I call bullshit and false until I see proof.
Nobody will convince me without irrefutable proof that this is a pantomime aided of course by some actors.

If rain arrest 50 people a day and raise continue to be like that every day for 4 years working every day even Saturdays and Sundays that will be 73,000 people departed in 4 years.... The promise was MILLIONS. So dont belive the bullshit pantomime. Get your head out of your asshole.

There are a ton of immigrants here (Chicago North side) from Venezuela. I'm afraid of what they will suffer at the hands of these white supremacists who currently are ruling the country.

@QasimRashid Isn’t this only against illegal immigrants - and by illegal, I mean it is a criminal offence to enter a country without proper papers. Correct? Does that not make his labelling disingenuous but technically accurate. Disclaimer: I am not in the US but I have first hand experienced the painful bureaucracy of immigrating legally to Europe. And I was one of the lucky ones who have it ‘easy’.

@vartak @QasimRashid In the US, crossing the border without documentation is a criminal offense (a misdemeanor, which is a minor offense), but most undocumented immigrants in the US arrived legally and then overstayed a visa, which is a civil offense, not criminal.

@hydropsyche @QasimRashid Right. But at least people who overstay a visa are trackable. Maybe they get fined etc. There is no way to enforce the law against illegal entry other than border policing and raids of this kind. How would you know if someone entered legally unless you check a passport for the entry stamp?

@QasimRashid I don't mean to nitpick but in FAQ section 2 you should specify the kind of warrant that ICE is required to have to be granted legal entry into a home via a search warrant. As well as the specific warrants that do NOT give them the legal standing to enter the property.

I can't think of them at the moment but it would be beneficial to do so

@generalhavok @QasimRashid I don’t think it’s as simple as just focusing on whether an immigrant is here with or without the correct documentation. Many natural citizens would find the process of immigration to be mind-bogglingly difficult, even with legal aid.

Someone who has put down roots, especially if they have kids or dependents, should not be deported. They’re paying taxes and this is their home, and the community is better served by keeping them.

@WhiteCatTamer @generalhavok @QasimRashid since born citizens can't be forcibly made stateless or deported in almost all other countries in the world, I'd consider deportation to be a racist form of penalty.

  • In return, I also believer everyone should have the freedom to change nationality and residence as convenient as any subscription, because when you think about it, basically all states act as capitalist entities (and not in the "Deutschland GmbH" conspiracy theory bs sense, but as a way to maximize tax per capita)...

There's this nice #CGPgrey video that explains it:

  • States and Governments don't maintain or build things out of goodness of their hearts but because it increases tax revenue per capita.

I.e. #Germany does extremely-low tuition fees for higher education and universal healthcare not solely "because it's a good thing" or "because health is a human right" but because healthy double-earning academics with children generate way more taxable income, pay way more social security and also spend more money = pay more consumption taxes than illiterates who can barely survive and won't be able to afford good education for their children (which produce negligible tax revenue)...

Someone who deal with immigrants and immigration law may have some information that I lack, so I wondered whether, in principle, there are some people he believes should be kept out of a country. Any country, for that matter.
